If you are looking for a sword named Iron Feather, you can get it as a reward to the quest Egg Stealers (Haven Map 1).
A Heartrending Song can be found near the middle of the map, at the "Lightwell" landmark (Haven Map 2).
The Angelic Alliance sword is obtained as a reward for saving princess Gwendolyn during the Prophecies quest (Haven Map 4).
As for the Arachne sword, you can find it in the south-eastern corner of the underground level of the map (Necropolis Map 1)
You can find the Soulreaver Staff in the north-western corner of the surface level of the map (Necropolis Map 1).
As for the Staff of Sandro, you can obtailn it as part of the quest The Winged Lions of Sarkomand. It is located on the undergound level of the map, in the northern part of the ruins (Necropolis 3)
The Souldrinker sword can be obtained as a reward after defeating Tor-Berith near the beginning of the map (Inferno Map 1).
The Blade of Binding sword is a reward for defeating Sarah near the beginning of the map (Inferno Map 4).
The Staff of the Tides is obtained after either defeating or helping the Water Elementals near the beginning of the map (Sanctuary Map 1).
Complete the quest The Kirin in the Sanctuary Map 2 and get as a reward the Silksword of the Kirin.
You can get the Sword of the Wolf only by defeating Markus (Stronghold Map 1).
Defeat Ira in the quest Time for New Ways and win the Sword of Whistlebone. This Dynasty Weapon can only be obtained if Sandor follows the Path of the Dragon Tears (Stronghold Map 2).
Defeat Airini in the quest Might Makes Right and obtain the Thunder Staff. Keep in mind that Sandor should follow the Path of the Dragon Blood (Stronghold Map 2).
